Kevin Lejeune
The Chef
After some hesitation about his future, as a teenager the chef started cooking.
He quickly understood that it would become his job and even more his passion.
An apprenticeship training launched him in the biggest restaurants in Belgium, which allowed him to acquire experience and maturity.
At the age of 30, Lejeune Kevin opened his restaurant with his wife Virginie in this former neighborhood butcher’s shop in Ixelles.
It didn’t take him long to earn his first star and many others awards.
In 2022, the chef and his wife decided to move La Canne en Ville to take advantage of a larger and more contemporary space.
This is how they settled at the luxurious Steigenberger Wiltcher’s hotel on the prestigious avenue Louise.
Wines
Let our sommelier Jonathan Torralba be your guide.
A wine and champagne list, between classicism and modernity, selected by numerous oenological trips as well as by his favorites.
The proposed selection with the menu is precise and will take you to new and unknown lands for some.
An agreement of non-alcoholic drinks, developed in house, is available and will surprise you with its creativity as well as its accuracy on the different dishes of the menus.
For lovers of fortified wines, a Madeira trolley of several vintages will perfectly accompany your selection of cheeses.
Jonathan will be happy to be your guide, or reassure you, towards a wise choice.
